Dates: from July 3rd 2017 to January 1st 2018.
EKÖS is a project that allows 8 young people involved in a community service to develop they ecology and social innovation competences for 6 months.
Their community service is a combined course: the first month is dedicated to the training and the discovery of local initiatives. The next four months, the volunteers will experience their mobility in foreign organisations developing activities on the thematic. Finally, on their return they will follow a support training on skills valorisation and assessment.
- To raise awareness of young people on world challenges regarding ecology and social innovation.
- To promote the utility of their choices and they daily actions at local scale for an ecological purpose but also for the purpose of raising awareness on everyone’s impact on the environment and our own lives.
