Dates: from January 1st 2017 to March 1st 2018.


Co-funded by the European Foreign Affairs Ministry, the Country Council of Bouches-du-Rhône in partnership with the cities of Aix-en-Provence and La Ciotat, the ENVOL project, coordinated by the association Eurocircle, allows young people to participate in a franco-international community service in various countries and on different topics in order to foster mobility.

In total, 25 motivated young people (from 18 to 25 years old) living in Les Bouches-du-Rhône will be selected to participate in the 3 phases of the project:

  • 3 weeks of pre-departure training with language lessons, intercultural preparation and citizenship awareness.
  • 4 months and a half abroad (Italy, Hungary, Armenia, Germany and Israel) in areas of decentralised cooperation.
  • 3 weeks of preparation to return training with experience feedback, a self-assessment and a support for future professional and/or personal project.
  • In addition to the 25, 5 young people coming from these countries will be welcomed in France for 6 months in order to get involved  in a community service.
