Digiguide – EUROCIRCLE

Digiguide: digitising good guidance practice is a strategic partnership (Erasmus+, Key Action 2) coordinated by Ireland (Ballymun Job Centre).

Presentation

LEARN will develop a strategic systematic approach to the transformation of organisations into learning workplaces, recognising that employees spend a lot of time at work, therefore they should be able to learn at work. The project aims to develop a set of activities, processes and tools that will transform an organisation into a learning workplace.

24 months (01/05/2021–30/04/2024)

Objectives

> Support VET (vocational education and training) providers in planning and implementing the needed digital transformation in IAG (Information, advice and guidance) services to better respond to the labour market evolution and societal changes;

Create new digital learning content for Europe’s IAG practitioners and service managers in VET ;

Develop, test and validate this content through the engagement of a transnational Community of Practice, localised action learning sets and management task groups ;

> Raise the awareness and improve the knowledge of the IAG practitioners on the digital transformation of the labour market in order to enable them to give a better support to their clients.

Results

> The production of responsive, practitioner-led digital CPD learning resources that lead to provision of high-quality, equitable and inclusive digital environments, especially for vulnerable groups:

> The Case study-based guidance learning resources

> The Digital readiness Syllabus and E-learning programme

- The Self-directed Learning guide for guidance service managers
- Increased awareness and preparedness to meet the challenges and opportunities of digital transformation in labour markets.
