In addition to funding mobility, the Erasmus + programme offers the possibility of developing partnerships and networks for cooperation between education and training stakeholders in Europe and worldwide. These partnerships can involve all types of organisations: companies, associations, NGOs, education and training institutions and organisations, local authorities, etc.
Who can organise partnerships and networks for cooperation?
If you work or are involved in an institution, association or organisation active in the fields of school education, higher education, vocational education and training, social action, popular education or the social and solidarity economy (“adult education”), you can set up an Erasmus + partnership or cooperation project.
These structures, whether public or private, can be:
- Schools, colleges, high schools (general and technological)
universities and public or private higher education institutions (including high schools for BTS)
- Vocational training establishments (CFA or lycées) or initial or continuing training organisations
companies;
- Associations, local authorities, etc.
What can be done?
Thanks to Erasmus + cooperation partnerships and networks, you have the opportunity to develop and/or share innovative working methods and tools with European and international counterparts. They can deal with very different themes and take very different forms. For example: the development of innovative pedagogical content, the creation of European reference frameworks of competences, the development of joint masters at international level, the design of training modules for all types of audiences, or the creation of European networks of training institutions.
