Why do a mobility programme?

At a time when youth unemployment is on the rise and entry into the labour market is becoming increasingly difficult, an international experience allows participants to stand out from the crowd, but also to find their way.

At Eurocircle, we are convinced of the positive impact of an experience abroad, both personally and professionally. The challenge of integrating into another country is a factor in building self-confidence, dynamism and motivation, and is therefore an excellent driving force for defining and/or realising future plans.

For many of the young people we support, their international experience is their first opportunity for success and unlocks a new desire to develop their skills and define a future project. The support provided by our team to the participants before, during and after their mobility is essentially aimed at helping them to make the most of their experience and to draw the greatest possible benefit from it.

Becoming a European volunteer was the best decision I ever made. I created my little community in Marseille, the city that offered me a second family. The Vieux Port, Notre Dame de la Garde, the Islands of Frioul, the Calanques, the Canebière and the Cours Julien have made me a true Marseillaise.

Mobility in the year 2020

123 volunteers were able to carry out a voluntary mission or internship abroad in 2020, which is a great success for us in view of the situation! This commitment on the part of our young people is proof of their courage, tenacity and motivation. Despite the anxious context and the constant changes in international regulations, we have continued to receive applications, to exchange with young people willing to carry out an international mission and to work with our partners on new missions for next year.
