LENE+ is a strategic partnership (Erasmus+, Action Clé 2) coordinated by Sweden.
The main objective of the project is to exchange good practice, carry out research, and develop new methods of strengthening the personal development of youth with fewer opportunities, focusing on supporting entrepreneurship.
As part of this partnership, we will develop a catalogue of good practices and a methodological guide for professionals who want to help their young people to enter the job market and become active citizens. The guide will focus on creating learning frameworks for young people with fewer opportunities to support entrepreneurship.
Duration : 36 months (06/2019 – 05/2022)
Objectives :
- Support young people with fewer opportunities in social and professional integration
- Promote the integration of young people into the labour market through entrepreneurship
- Develop, test and make available to youth professionals a methodological guide of learning frameworks for entrepreneurship support
- Develop innovative methods for skills development and employability
Results:
- Compilation of good practice in the field of “Entrepreneurship and youth”
- Categorisation of good practices and transformation into learning frameworks
- Test and discussion of learning frameworks in cooperation with entrepreneurs
- Piloting learning frameworks with the young audience and in cooperation with entrepreneurs
- Development of the methodological catalogue
- Website with all productions in the languages of the partnership
- Documentary film on learning frameworks
